The American Counterterrorism Targeting and Resilience Institute (ACTRI) is a 501 c(3) nonprofit, cross-disciplinary research organization that combines human and artificial intelligence (AI) to study extremist behaviors across the spectrum of extreme right, extreme left, and militant jihadi ideologies. ACTRI researchers explore online ecosystem and global threat manifestations that impact local communities through radical factors, recruitment tactics, and digital literacy.
